Specific activities can be shown in sequence when there is use of PERT system because there can be a complete evaluation and review done. A project can be completed only when such specific activities are implemented. PERT also shows details like cost for each activity or time required to complete each activity. Therefore, the PERT system possesses the structure of a flowchart. There are nodes as well as arcs through which representation of milestones and specific activities can be observed.
